Sherry Weiner Facial Aesthetics

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sherryweiner.com, booking a service, or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered
Sherry Weiner Facial Aesthetics provides:

  • In-studio advanced facial treatments (Elite Glow Membership)

  • Virtual Skin Consultations ($199 one-time)

  • The Ultimate Glow Up™ 6-Week Virtual Program

  • The Glowing Goddess Retreat

  • Skincare product retail

  • Educational masterclasses

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Appointments

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment

  • We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

 

4. Retreat Bookings

  • Retreat spots are reserved with a non-refundable deposit

  • Full payment plans are outlined at time of booking

  • Cancellation and refund terms are provided in a separate Retreat Agreement signed at deposit

  • Sherry Weiner Facial Aesthetics is not responsible for travel, flights, or personal expenses

 

5. Virtual Programs

  • The Ultimate Glow Up™ Program begins upon enrollment confirmation

  • All digital program content is non-refundable once delivered

  • Weekly materials are delivered via email

 

6. Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Accepted payment methods are outlined at checkout

  • Payment is due at time of booking unless a written payment plan is in place

  • Membership fees are billed monthly and subject to the membership agreement

 

7. SMS Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number through any form on this website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sherry Weiner Facial Aesthetics. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All content on sherryweiner.com — including text, images, program materials, and branding — is the property of Sherry Weiner Facial Aesthetics. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Skincare results vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from any treatment, program, or product. Information on this website is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice.

 

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherry Weiner Facial Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

 

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
